Returning products to CHEBCO

If by chance your purchase from us does not suit you (change of mind, incompatibility, defect, error in the choice…) - which we can fully understand - we have a transparent return policy in place, which we describe to you step by step below.

Our goal is indeed to offer you a satisfactory shopping experience , we thank you for kindly contacting our team as soon as possible in order to study together your eligibility with regard to the return conditions that we have put in place.

If you are eligible, we will offer you to proceed to a credit note or a refund , at the end of the phases described below.

In the event of an error in your order (forgotten product or wrong part received), please refer to the specific procedure described below: the procedure to follow in the event of an error in the preparation of your order).

 

1 – Return request to our team

In accordance with the minimum legal deadline provided for by article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code relating to the right of withdrawal, please contact us by mail, through our contact form or by telephone at 06.27.45.26.09 within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of your order , in order to initiate the product return procedure.

Be sure to provide us with your order number , the precision of the product(s) to be exchanged and the reason (optional, for our information) for the return request. Thank you for carefully checking your personal details so that we can contact you as quickly as possible without incident.

 

2 – Evaluation of the request

Upon receipt, our team will assess your request in order to provide you with an answer as soon as possible . Be careful to respect the return period of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the product(s). If additional information proves necessary, we will allow ourselves to come back to you through the contact details provided by you.

 

3 – Confirmation of request

Once your request has been expressly approved by our team, you will be able to send us the product(s) – accompanied by the RETURN Slip(s) to be downloaded and printed

Don't forget to keep your proof of sending in a safe place!

Alternatively, it will fit:

  • to specify "RETURN" on the cardboard
  • attach the preparation slip that you received in your parcel
  • to put it(them) back in its(their) original packaging or to place it(them) in a new box, or in its box used during transport, subject to to close the package well with packing tape so as to consolidate it and avoid any risk of opening during transport
  • to pay particular attention to the wedging of the heavy and/or fragile part(s), which must be well immobilized in your return box so as not to not move during transport (for example, use crumpled paper or bubble wrap to protect yourself against any risk of degradation)
  • of do not stick the shipping label directly on the product

 

4 – Receipt and inspection of the product(s)

Upon receipt of your return package, our team will inspect the product(s) to verify their condition: they must( must) be in perfect marketable condition .

As a reminder, the product(s) must imperatively be in its(their) original condition, with all possible accessories and their original packaging . If not (and they are damaged due to misuse, proven negligence on your part), our team reserves the right to charge you for repair or replacement costs as they will not be eligible for the return as such. If the return request is out of time and/or if the original packaging has been torn, marked, repainted, taped and/or if the product has been used, or shows signs of assembly or deterioration, l The team also reserves the right to deny your refund request and your return will be refused.

 

5 – Credit, exchange or refund

Once the inspection phase by our team is complete, and the product(s) deemed compliant, this will trigger the last phase and we will proceed to a credit, exchange or refund in your favour, at your convenience. If you opt for a refund, we will do our best to ensure that it is done within a reasonable time and according to the method of payment used during the initial purchase. In order to speed up the reimbursement in your favour, don't forget to quickly send us your bank details (see, directly in the return box) . Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the event of an error on our part.
