To begin with, please note that free delivery for orders over €250 with DPD Pickup.

At CHEBCO, we understand how important fast, secure and reliable delivery is to our customers' satisfaction. Delivery is an essential part of your online shopping experience.

That's why we offer a variety of flexible delivery methods, so you can choose the one that suits you best.

It is important to note that once validated, you will not be able to change the delivery method you have chosen. Consult the price list (updated to 29 June 2023)

1 - In France

A - Home delivery: speed and reliability

If you want to receive your order as quickly as possible, this option is ideal. We work with trusted carriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your products. You can expect to receive your parcel within 24 to 48 hours, depending on your location and the time of year. This delivery method is available for all orders and offers great convenience at an affordable price. You can also have your order delivered to your place of work: if so, don't forget to include "for the attention of Mr or Mrs X" in the address.

B - Express delivery: speed at its peak

Do you urgently need to receive your items for a personal project (last-minute gift, etc.) or for business purposes? This express delivery option is here to meet your highest expectations. Thanks to our partnership with reputable express carriers, we can guarantee fast delivery within 24 hours of placing your order (provided you validate it before 1pm). You can count on our express delivery service to satisfy you.

C - Relay point delivery: maximum flexibility and convenience

We understand that you may have time constraints or prefer to collect your parcels yourself, at your convenience. That's why we also offer delivery to relay points. When you confirm your order, you can choose from a selection of partner outlets located close to your home or workplace. Once your parcel has arrived at the selected delivery point, you will receive a notification from the carrier inviting you to collect it within a specified time. This option offers maximum flexibility, allowing you to collect your order when it suits you best. Please note that once you have chosen a delivery point, you will not be able to change it.

With this delivery method, we would like to draw your attention to the following points:

• Please be sure to fill in your personal details carefully (in particular your 10-digit telephone number and your e-mail address, so that you can receive notifications from the carrier). The transport tracking of your parcel is sent to you by e-mail: if you have not received an e-mail, please check your junk/spam folder. If you haven't received anything either, please contact our team directly.
• Please ensure that you track your parcel and collect it within the specified time : if the parcel were to be returned to us, it would incur a second delivery charge. You will then need to send these to us so that we can send the parcel back to you.

Once your parcel is in the hands of our carrier, we no longer control it!

2 - Europe, excluding France

For deliveries in Europe outside France, please note that delivery methods differ.

A - England

The delivery method offered is Chronopost International: the parcel is delivered in 1 to 3 days.

B - Italy / Spain / Portugal

We offer DPD delivery within 48-96 hours.

C - Germany

The following delivery methods are available:

• DPD in 48-96h
• Home delivery by Delivengo Suivi

3 - Rest of the world

Delivery is made by DPD within 48-96 hours.

Whichever delivery method you choose, rest assured that we will do everything in our power to ensure that your parcel is delivered safely and reliably. We do our best to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience and customer satisfaction.

In any event, we make it a point of honour to dispatch your orders quickly (within 24/48 hours of your order being validated - during our opening hours from Monday to Friday) and to ensure that your products are carefully packaged to guarantee maximum protection during transport. As long as the products have not left our warehouse, we make every effort to ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition, ready to be used or given as gifts.
