Our online shop offers a variety of payment methods to make your online transactions easier. We hope that this variety of payment methods will allow you to shop with confidence in our online shop. Choose the payment method that gives you the most peace of mind ! Whichever payment method you choose, we are committed to ensuring the security of your transactions. Choose the option that suits you best!

We accept the following methods of payment:

1 - By credit card

We accept all major credit and debit cards, such as Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, e.carte bleue, Maestro, American Express, etc. When you make a purchase from our online shop, you simply need to enter your credit card details in the secure payment form.

We use advanced encryption protocols to guarantee the confidentiality of our customers' information. No bank details are transmitted. To ensure the security of your payments, the "3D Secure SogEcommerce" payment solution has been set up by Crédit Agricole and enables you to pay by credit card directly on our bank's secure system on our behalf.

2 - By bank transfer

You can pay for your order by bank transfer. To do this, our bank details will be sent to you at the checkout stage of your order (bank account number and BIC/SWIFT code). You will then have to make your payment from your bank account using this information.

If possible, please indicate your order number in the title of your transfer.

Please note that with this method of payment, your order will be dispatched as soon as we have received confirmation of the transfer to our bank account. Therefore, if your order is urgent, please bear in mind that this method of payment normally requires Chebco to be registered as the beneficiary, which may take several days depending on the bank (and their opening hours).

3 - By PayPal

Considered one of the most popular payment platforms, we allow you to use it to pay for an order on our online shop. If you have a PayPal account, you can choose this option at the checkout stage of your order. You will then be redirected to this platform to finalise the transaction. This method of payment offers additional security, as it means that your financial information is not shared directly on our site, and you can opt for easy payment: up to 4 times free of charge for purchases of €30 or more.

 

4 - By cheque

With this method of payment, please note that the order will be dispatched on receipt of the cheque, which must be sent to us by post (no scans sent by e-mail will be taken into account), to the address indicated when choosing the method of payment and validating the payment.

When sending by post, we would be grateful if you could give us your order number, so that we can process your order more easily and dispatch it as quickly as possible.
