The General Data Protection Regulation was introduced by the European Commission on 25 May 2018 for all companies operating in Europe.
It helps to protect internet users in relation to their personal data from misuse or leakage. This makes it compulsory for companies to keep them informed of all data processing carried out on the basis of personal data collected.
Chebco operates the https://www.chebco.com website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
The purpose of this page is to explain our policy on the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use the Service and your rights in relation to that data.
The Chebco team
"Service" means the https://www.chebco.com website operated by Chebco.
Personal Data" means data relating to a living individual who can be identified from such data (or from such data and other information in our possession or likely to come into our possession).

Data tracking and cookies
Cookies are small data files that cannot contain an anonymous unique identifier. They are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. You can ask your browser to refuse all cookies or to warn you when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use certain elements of the Service.
For example, we may use session cookies to make the Service work, and preference cookies to remember your preferences and settings.
Data usage and cookies
Any Data we collect from you may be used to :

Editing and deleting data
If you reside in the European Economic Area, you have rights with regard to the protection of personal data. Consequently, you may contact us at any time by email at [email protected] or by telephone on 06.27.45.26.09 to request that we update, correct, modify or delete your Personal Data that we store, or to limit its use.
In one of these cases, we reserve the right to ask you to prove your identity before responding to a request of this nature.
We may use third party companies and individuals to facilitate the provision of the Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to provide services related to the Service or to help us analyse how the Service is used.
Such third parties will only have access to your Personal Data for the purposes of carrying out these tasks on the Service on our behalf. They are prohibited from disclosing it or using it for any other purpose.
If you are concerned about this sending newsletters from us, you can unsubscribe at any time via the address mentioned above or via a proposal on the bottom of each communication.
Before any such change takes effect, we will notify you by email or other written means, if material, and update the date on this page accordingly.
