• Pre-orders are payable in full at the time of order, to guarantee immediate booking and avoid the unpleasant surprise of a direct debit at a time of year when you can't afford it.
• The delivery date is an estimated date! It is given to us by our partners (manufacturers, carriers, etc.) and is deliberately broad on their part. We cannot be held responsible for this. In the event of a long delay, we will inform you as soon as possible by any written means: don't worry, the product will arrive!
• Use separate orders if you need products already in stock AND products on pre-order: unless you don't mind waiting for the whole order.
• The pre-order deadline indicated allows you to benefit from priority when the product arrives in stock and, if applicable, to benefit from an advantage until the pre-order expires.
