Please note that exchanges and transactions will take place outside the Chebco.com website.

Selling or looking for a product: fast, simple, free, unlimited

Putting buyers and sellers in touch with each other is quick, easy and free(there are no set-up fees)! As long as your property is not sold, your ad will be online for an unlimited time. We're a community of enthusiasts, which is why we don't limit the length of time your ad can be published. You can leave them online for as long as you like until your item is sold.

Are you a seller? All you have to do is :

• contact us via the contact form, providing us with ALL the details of the item you wish to sell: its price, a very detailed description, its condition, ideally a minimum of 3 visuals (and a maximum of 5) to highlight your product and your personal details so that potential buyers can get in touch with you. When your product is sold, don't forget to let us know as soon as possible so that we can remove your ad and avoid inconveniencing other users.
• Once your ad has been published (free and unlimited) on our site, all you have to do is wait for potential buyers to contact you directly in private.

Looking for a product or service? Simply contact us using our contact form. Once you've found the product you're looking for, don't forget to let us know as soon as possible so that we can remove your ad from our website.

Useful reminders

Exchanges and any transactions will only take place outside our website, via private exchanges. You will find the contact details on the relevant ad.

Any advert that is still online ensures that the product is still available for sale.

If you have any further questions about a product, please contact the seller directly. Chebco only places your product for sale and search ads online. Therefore, the team does not have any information additional to that indicated on the ad in question. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that Chebco does not receive any commission on the sale of these products.

Responsibility

In its capacity as an online platform, Chebco is subject to the liability regime set out in Articles 6.I.2. et seq. of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy. In this respect, Chebco cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the content of the advertisements published by the sellers as well as the messages and content exchanged outside the Chebco.com site and gives no guarantee, express or implied, in this respect.

Chebco is a third party to the correspondence and relationship between sellers and potential buyers, and therefore excludes all liability in this respect.

In its capacity as a provider of online public communication services, Chebco undertakes to use all necessary means to ensure the best possible supply of the Chebco.com site to users and sellers, and declines all responsibility in the event of :

• interruptions, breakdowns, modifications and malfunctioning of the Chebco.com site, whatever the communication medium used and whatever the origin or source;
• loss of data or information stored by Chebco. Thus, it is the responsibility of sellers to take all necessary precautions to preserve the advertisements that they publish via the aforementioned site;
• temporary impossibility of access to the website due to technical problems, whatever their origin or source;
• direct or indirect damage caused to the seller or the buyer, of whatever nature, resulting from the content of the Advertisements and/or access to, management, Use, operation, malfunction and/or interruption of the site;
• abnormal use or illicit exploitation of the site by any seller or buyer;
• computer attack or hacking, deprivation, deletion or prohibition, temporary or permanent, and for any reason whatsoever, of access to the Internet.

Chebco reserves the right, at any time, to modify or interrupt the accessibility of all or part of the Chebco.com site.

In this respect, the seller waives any right of recourse against Chebco in the event of legal action taken by a third party against him/her as a result of his/her advertisement. The seller releases Chebco, its subcontractors and suppliers, from all liability, guarantees them against any recourse or action in relation to the advertisement which could be brought against them by any third party, and will bear all damages as well as costs and expenses which they could be ordered to pay or which would be provided for against them by a settlement agreement signed by the latter with this third party, notwithstanding any damages which Chebco, its subcontractors and suppliers could claim on account of the harmful acts of the seller.

In addition, Chebco cannot be held liable in the event of non-delivery or non-conformity of the product by the seller.
