CHEBCO's summer (amateur) photo competition

"My Solex on the road

It's finally summer!

Whether you're a Julyer or an Auguster (or even without a holiday!), share your best summer photo of your Solex! This photo competition, organised by Chebco (CLUZI SARL), is open to amateur photographers of all ages. Participation is free and there is no obligation to buy.

1) Duration

The "My Solex on the road" photo competition opens on 1 July and runs until midnight on 15 September.

2) Conditions of participation

  1. Take a maximum of 1 photo of your Solex (with a camera, smartphone or Polaroid) - in whole, in part or decorated in a place dear to your heart, an atypical or breathtaking landscape (on holiday or at home) or accompanied by a regional speciality... Filters and retouching are permitted.

    Give us a feast for the eyes: you can be as creative as you like!


  2. Send your photo to thefollowing e-mail address [email protected] (Subject of e-mail: "Summer photo competition") or via the Site's contact form (Subject: "Summer photo competition") only.

    In the accompanying e-mail, please indicate your first and last names and the place where the photo was taken.

    No entries on social networks will be counted.


  3. Only one entry per person will be accepted

3) Prices

The competition has prizes worth a total of €77, broken down as follows:

Prizes may not be taken back or exchanged, and under no circumstances may their cash value or any other consideration of any kind be paid.

The organiser reserves the right, in the event of force majeure, to replace each prize with a prize of equivalent nature and value. The organiser cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses during the delivery of the prizes.

4) Jury and selection

The jury, made up of 4 members of the Chebco team, will vote for the 3 winning photos. The jury will select 3 photos from the candidates, presented anonymously. No distinctive sign may be affixed to the photo. Only the person responsible for receiving the photos will know the names of the photographers. The jury will meet as soon as possible after the photo competition closes to select the 3 best photos of the summer.

The 3 winners will be contacted by the Chebco team by e-mail or telephone. The jury's decision will be irrevocable and no justification will be required under any circumstances.

The organiser reserves the right to invalidate or cancel all or part of an entry if it appears that fraud or malfunctions of any kind have occurred during participation in the competition. The organiser also reserves the right to exclude any photo that offends public order or morality. The organiser reserves the right not to select a photo that is irrelevant or that would be detrimental to the spirit of this competition.

If the information or contact details provided by the participant do not enable him/her to be informed of his/her prize, he/she will lose the status of prizewinner and will not be able to make any claim or claim any compensation.

5) Information

By entering this photo competition :

  • you warrant that you are the author of the photo entered in this competition and, consequently, that you are the exclusive owner of the literary and artistic property rights in said photo. The organiser will not be held responsible in the event of any dispute or litigation concerning the ownership of the photo.

  • whether or not the photo is selected as one of the 3 winning photos, you authorise Chebco to publish your photo (if applicable) on its social networks (i.e. Instagram and Facebook accounts) and on the photo gallery of its website (https://www.chebco.com/fr/content/16-restaurations-clients) or any other Chebco communication medium. If you would like to be mentioned, please let us know the name of your account.

  • you declare that you have read and accept the terms of these conditions of participation, which prohibit you from making any claim

6) Personal data

In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), participants in the competition are informed that the personal information collected is necessary for their participation in this competition and may be processed electronically. They are informed that they have the right to access, rectify or delete their personal data. This information will not be communicated or transferred to third parties.
